1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using saaSket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

saaSket provides SaaS metrics analytics by connecting to your Stripe account and calculating key business metrics (MRR, churn, NRR, etc.).

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You must have a valid Stripe account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for account security

4. Pricing & Billing

Trial Period

  • 30-day free trial (no credit card required)
  • Full access to all features
  • No automatic billing after trial

Paid Plans

  • Founding Member: $19/month (limited to 50 users)
  • Professional: $39/month (coming soon)
  • Scale: $79/month (coming soon)

Billing Terms

  • Billed monthly via Stripe
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Cancel anytime (access until end of billing period)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack or breach security
  • Share your account with others
  • Scrape or abuse our API
  • Reverse engineer the software

6. Data Accuracy

  • We calculate metrics based on Stripe data
  • Metrics are estimates (not financial advice)
  • You're responsible for verifying accuracy
  • Report discrepancies to support

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced
  • No liability for downtime

8. Intellectual Property

  • saaSket owns all code and design
  • You own your data
  • You grant us rights to process your data
  • No license to resell or copy our service

9. Cancellation

You Can Cancel:

  • Anytime from Settings → Billing
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data deleted 30 days after cancellation

We Can Cancel If:

  • You violate these terms
  • Payment fails repeatedly
  • Fraudulent activity detected

10. Liability

Service provided "as is".

  • No warranty of accuracy or uptime
  • Not responsible for business decisions based on our data
  • Maximum liability: amount paid in last 12 months

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll email you for major changes.
